Outsourcing Services for Small & Mid-sized Businesses

IT Outsourcing (ITO) Services

In our engagements, we normally take a strategic role instead of just being an IT services provider. We prefer to develop a mutually beneficial, strategic, long-term relationship with our clients.  Our clients can supplement their IT staff with our programmers, network engineers, tech support personnel or even IT assistants.  Leafnode can assign staff as direct reports to your managers or senior technical personnel on a dedicated or on-demand basis.   You can have user issues handled by our tech support or helpdesk staff and the issues can be managed by your own IT managers.  We can even provide the helpdesk system for your company for ticket/issue management.  You will have a contact number in your local calling area where you can reach your techs and programmers.

Personnel pooling is also possible wherein our technical personnel are shared by you and a few other companies to save on cost.  We understand that businesses may not require a network engineer or a programmer doing application support for 40 hours a week.  Leafnode Systems can work with you to build a virtual technical team of IT pros and developers scheduled to work in schedules that you specify or even on an on demand basis at a very competitive rate.   By outsourcing in this manner, you do not only lower costs but you also achieve flexibility.

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Services

In our Philippine support facility, we also have administrative support personnel who work as "Virtual Assistants" to entrepreneurs, professionals and business managers.  A "Virtual Assistant" or a team of assistants can be assigned to you or your organization to serve your office support requirements.  These "Virtual Assistants" can also used to supplement your teams with manpower as needed.  They can act as your regular administrative assistant or they can perform more specific duties depending on your needs.  Our staff comes from a wide range of backgrounds with experience in general administrative work, customer service, sales support, purchasing, accounting or even HR.   

Our Virtual Assistants can handle your calls and appointments, perform work in MS Office that you may require, prepare presentations, do callouts for surveys or invitations, handle emails for your business or team or do general business research.  If you have more specific requirements such as customer correspondence, order entry, credit checking, collection follow-ups, we can provide you with VAs with customer service skills and background.   If you would require somebody to assist you in recruitment such as candidate profiling, interview scheduling, preliminary screening or just somebody to monitor applications in the recruitment process, we can also provide you with assistants with HR background.  Or if you need somebody with sales administration and marketing support background, we can provide you with people with the necessary qualifications.    We will provide a phone number in your local calling area where you can reach your VAs or you can use internet messaging or email depending on how you work.

You have the option of having Virtual Assistants dedicated to your needs or we can work out an on-demand or part-time schedule arrangement.   By having dedicated virtual staffing, you have full control of your overseas staff.  But if you would like to try out the service first without any commitments or if you have varying manpower needs or just need to put in virtual temps, then on-demand service might be the solution for you.
